Education Plus! Program Fund

The Education Plus! Program Fund provides funding to empower educators to spark learning and bring the most innovative ideas to life in the classrooms and beyond. 

In the 2024-2025 grant cycle, we received 155 applications — a powerful signal of the unmet needs in our classrooms. Thanks to donors like you, Solano Community Foundation awarded 25 microgrants totaling $25,000 to teachers across all 7 school districts serving students in Solano County. These $1,000 grants ignited creativity, expanded resources, and directly impacted 1700 students. From robotics kits, sensory gardens, therapy dog programs, multicultural art projects, and technology for physical education, teachers brought learning to life for their students.

Fund will expand our reach to more children and families in Solano County and strengthen educational opportunities for those who need it most.
